Support the food and culinary industry’s attempts to strike a chord with customers who increasingly seek to link their purchasing habits with improved health and wellbeing.
· Assist and manage media outreach, program expansion and develop strategic alliances that ultimately drive business growth. · Negotiate with key decision makers as well as a broad range of nutrition, food, culinary and lifestyle media. · Engage an increasing range of revenue sources by being strategically involved with pitches to a variety of food and beverage clients. · Translate the complex theory of food and nutrition into the familiar language of food. · Provide additional skills that include seminar delivery, program design, website development with an interaction between nutritional science and the culinary arts.
